GRAIN is an infrastructure solution that allows companies to process work agreements on block chain with instant payment mechanism.

PROS:

  • Lower cost: The organization work agreement through the platform saves millions of expenses involved in hiring the middlemen as it is able to effect transactions at a lower cost. It further reduces the cost of maintaining employees relationship
  • Efficient transaction: The platform enables instant payments without any delays in a secure and scalable manner. These payments can be  made instantly across currencies
  • Flexibility: It allows for different types of agreements
  • Transparency : Everyone on the platform is aware of all the agreements and obligations of the parties involved
  • The liquidity insurance protects the participants  from typical fluctuations in the values of crypto currencies
  • The Escrow system  which is fundamental part of the platform enables the users to receive rewards through the profit share and distribution of the individual compensation of workers
  • Security: The Grain which is an ERC-20 compatible token is used as an abstraction for work  and enables the facilitation of work in a secure manner
  • Good team: The platform comprises of  well experienced personnel led by the CEO  Onno Hektor who has managed different successful projects

CONS:

  • The token use doesn’t  permit holders  to take part in the project development
  • The project is not readily available in a  mobile  application supported by Android
  • The whitepaper is not well integrated with missing part of token pre sale and its milestone

SUGGESTIONS:

  • Generate a easily accessible mobile application supported by Android to enable users to access the project across the world
  • The platform should empower the token holders alongside giving them more incentives
