I am the CEO of LifeTask.
My thoughts on the idea are that the current problems in the recruitment market can easily be solved if we actually put a bit more thought into what we actually want from life. Why do I say that? Work and life go hand in hand, work can be something that gives you a sense of accomplisment, meaning but is also usually the activity that generates your income. If you’re doing something that you’re not passionate about then you should look for your calling. There is plenty of demand in the world for something that you are passionate about! My role is the creation of the lifetask idea, of business model and the implementation of the platform. With lifetask we truely change a jobseeker into a competence provider. This is shiftig the system the current recruitment market, especially for a decentralized, digital job world where human potential is the key.
