About LifeTask

What differentiates LifeTask from all of its competitors is that it isn’t just about highlighting what a candidate is capable of on a professional basis, but it also places emphasis on their interests, personal development priorities and what genuinely makes them tick in life. It’s about finding the right human being rather than a mere candidate to fill a vacancy.

LifeTask uses implemented artificial intelligence to match candidates to vacancies. It consists of two clouds, namely a cloud of containing candidates’ talents and interests, together with a cloud that contains employers’ requirements. As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?

I am the CEO of LifeTask.
My thoughts on the idea are that the current problems in the recruitment market can easily be solved if we actually put a bit more thought into what we actually want from life. Why do I say that? Work and life go hand in hand, work can be something that gives you a sense of accomplisment, meaning but is also usually the activity that generates your income. If you’re doing something that you’re not passionate about then you should look for your calling. There is plenty of demand in the world for something that you are passionate about! LifeTask will help you find that calling through Bockchain based AI to help you get matched to your dream vocation as opposed to a 9-5 you despise.

My role is the creation of the lifetask idea, of business model and the implementation of the platform. With lifetask we truely change a jobseeker into a competence provider. This is shiftig the system the current recruitment market, especially for a decentralized, digital job world where human potential is the key.
