Het belangrijkste doel is een bijdrage te leveren aan de strijd tegen centralisatie en wereldwijde monitoring, de vorming van bancaire netten in landen als Rusland, China, Iran, Vietnam en het Midden-Oosten, die moeten faciliteren om onnodige financiële invloed van de Verenigde Staten te ontlopen. Een
evolutionaire stap maken naar alternatieve SWIFT-betalingen, terwijl je binnen het bestaande banksysteem blijft. Laat me je eerst een kort overzicht geven van Kvantor:
1) We proberen de huidige SWIFT-technologie te vervangen door een verouderde en onzekere oplossing.
