Philippa (known as Pip) is a People and Culture professional with 20 years’ experience who has spent the last 10 years living and working across Asia. She has worked in senior roles across various industries, from start-ups to MNCs.A transformation and change management specialist with extensive organisational development experience, she enjoys working in complex environments alongside senior stakeholders to achieve business goals. Pip has managed many technology implementations and supported HR functions with the shift to digital. She currently provides specialist support and expertise to emerging HR technology companies as an Advisor.Pip is interested in social capital and networks, and how they contribute to organisation innovation.
