This STO will create an emerging markets investment fund with the proceeds from the sale of the Utilis Venture Security Token. The fund will invest in the Ugandan commodities trading and securities industries and shall pay investors back their principal plus profit at a years end from the close of the offer through a token buyback. The STO and subsequent fund will serve to prove the validity of blockchain as an investment channel into the developing sub-Saharan markets.
