As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
TillBilly is a blockchain based digital payments network with a unique point of sale hardware terminal that empowers everyday shoppers to make contactless payments, automatically get digital receipts (tax invoices) and collect loyalty reward points, without the complexity or price volatility associated with cryptocurrencies.

The goal is to break into the monopolised intermediaries in the retail card processing space and provide merchants an ultra low fee alternative to accept payments, and share a part of that processing fee back with the shoppers to incentivise adoption.

Our target audience are average users i.e everyday shoppers and merchants who do not understand, or at worse distrust digital currencies. Hence our focus is to abstract the complexities of acquiring and managing digital currencies, eliminate the fear of volatility (w.r.t fiat), and build a system that is as seamless and familiar to users as paying with a card or Apple Pay

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
As the COO I handle most of the back-office operation of the company and the ICO. I make sure we are covered from a legal and compliance aspect, and I also make sure all the services we rely upon are funded.

TillBilly is a one-of-a-kind idea. The proprietary tech is very interesting, but beyond that the market potential is enormous.

As Director of Engineering Vinny is responsible for development and management of TillBilly's core server-side technologies and backend API infrastructure.

I'm the Marketing Director at TillBilly. Let's be honest, most blockchain projects are only made for crypto savvy people but claiming to aim for mainstream adoption. We make blockchain invisible, because that's what is really needed for mainstream adoption.

Differentiation: It is stated in the whitepaper that the organization has four patents (provisional) that have been filed with OP Australia and USPTO. TillBilly is developing a plug-and-play POS terminal which merchants allows merchants to easily adopt cryptocurrency as a payment option. The platform will have in-app marketing options and allow shoppers to easily collect loyalty rewards.

Market Penetration Potential: It will be challenging to provide a viable, widely accepted POS solution considering the high number of competitors. Even with a functional prototype, the success of the organization is uncertain.

Solution Advantage: The POS terminal is “plug-and-play”, making it simple for merchants to adopt the solution. The platform aims to provide a simple means to obtain a digital receipt. Notable advantages compared to direct competitors are not significant.

Long-Term Vision: The platform aims increase the adoption of cryptocurrency as a payment option. The project is somewhat limited in scope and does not adequately differentiate itself from its competition. Thus the long-term vision of the organization with respect to its competitors is unclear.
