Capital DAO

The idea is to create a decentralized venture capital firm that
functions on an NFT membership model, where the user
needs to hold the NFT that has the function to unlock access
to a private telegram group and simultaneously works as a
fair vote in the DAO. In which the user is guaranteed an
allocation into the private sale of each project that gets
offered for participation in the private group's. As well as
propose new projects for funding, vote on events and
participate in the fund's governance.

This model has been created after we have reviewed the
current model of decentralised VC’s. Such as the likes of
popular launchpads, which aim to enable the general public
to participate in early-stage projects at their public rounds.
After we revised multiple launches of projects, there have
been several issues that we have spotted. Issues that
communities complained about and questioned why they
pledge their money towards a system where they are chosen
based on luck.
