BHIRED is using blockchain as a technological disruptor for its recruiting platform solution to disintermediate the existing business models that generate revenue through the monetization and reselling of user data for profit. BHIRED believes that user generated data should be the property of the users who generate it and that they should receive compensation should they be asked to share it. BHIRED’s blockchain based ecosystem will incentivize and reward accurate and timely participation in the hiring process, reduce hiring times, and help the most qualified candidates and employers efficiently find each other.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
My role is to help employers and candidates connect with each other in a Trusted, Transparent and an environment where Accountability is paramount. Staffing and Recruiting is a $400 billion market mainly operating in a very rudimentary, legacy way with no checks and balances. Candidates are reluctant to provide real information about their true skill sets, recruiters are spamming job seekers with useless and irrelevant job openings. Candidates' information is monetized by the likes of LinkedIn, Monster, Careerbuilder, Ziprecruiter. There are no incentives for either party to behave in a way which restores trust in the HR supply chain ecosystem. Moreover, the staffing agencies continue to create the illusion that they have better access to candidates than employers, which is not true and charging 20% placement fees along the way. As a result we have a system which is bloated, full of friction, with misaligned incentives and a hiring cycle which takes too long. BHIRED is addressing these issues, and building a platform to create a robust community , utilizing the blockchain as an immutable source of information to build reputations of employers, recruiters, candidates while aiming to reduce : spam, fake profiles, dependence on agencies, eliminate friction and asymmetry of information. We aim to achieve this using our BHIRED token, game theory and a high level economic system design.

I’m a founder and the Chief Operations Officer, who has a background in HR and employment litigation.
What do you think about idea?
It will revolutionize the way candidates find jobs and employers hire by eliminating middlemen and bringing security, trust, transparency and accountability back to the hiring process.
