eam expanded to 4 and started development of Proof of Concept (POC). Financial modeling to account for number of exchanges to integrate with, trade fees, transfer fees for re-balancing coins across exchanges, potential from different coins, minimum market cap and daily trade volume required to surface an opportunity. Manual trading.

2018 - Q3

Finalized Proof-Of-Concept integrating into 3 exchanges for 6 coins generating about $200/day with $27,000 (USD) in deployed capital. Prepare token ETH contract for investment opportunities. Team expanded to 5.

2018 - Q4

Finish initial investment of $450,000 to $500,000 (USD) and deploy capital into exchanges. Continue to optimize trading platform so it can scale over more exchanges and more coins.

2019 - Q1

Continue to offer payouts to keep capital under management around $500,000 (USD). Start exploring secondary arbitrage opportunities. Expand and iterate on swap algorithms where opportunities present. Build and validate Proof Of Concept for second product offering.

2019 - Q2

Continue to offer payouts. Initial capital is target to be returned 100% during this timeframe. Determine if second fundraise offering will be needed to support expansion of existing swap algorithm or implementation of new algorithms. Plan to increase target funds under management to be $2,500,000 (USD).

2019 - Q3

Second offering for $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 (USD) to expand funds under management.
