Token Sale Launch & Team Expansion - Q3-Q4 2018

In preparation of the online platform launch, Vendio will be launching a campaign to hire up to 50 new
employees to fill various positions within Vendio - from sales, software development, customer service,
publisher outreach etc. The token sale will commence during this time.

Online Platform Launch - Q1 2019

The Vendio Interactive Platform (VIP) is expected to launch during the first quarter of 2019. The platform will
add enhanced features to the currently published demo with added features and functionality pertaining to
security, user interface, interaction, and algorithms. During the launch, advertisers and publishers alike will
have the opportunity to test the new site platform with special invites allowing them to test their videos and ads
before fully launching their campaigns.
