I'm Chief Legal Counsel at FXF. My role in the ICO project is to make sure that FXF is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

I'm very excited to be involved with bringing FXF to market. I believe that FXF will be of great help to individual traders to get the best price and to finally provide a product that allows them all of the advantages that an institutional trader would have. FXF is all about fair trading and providing and encouraging a safe, open and fair crypto market for all traders and I totally love that.

As part of the Advisory Board my role is to participate in a wider narrative allowing the company to remain fully informed of impacting global developments and armed with this knowledge help facilitate a broader, holistic analysis among the Executive Team.

My considered opinion is that the company is adding to consumer choice in the form of ease and safe access to the range of trading opportunities the move away from national fiat towards global digital currencies affords. For Finxflo, speed, access, optimal margins, security and privacy are where our service and ambition begin, not end.

James Gillingham is one of the co-founders of Finxflo.

James is Co-Founder & MD engaged in developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders and driving organizational success. He is an expert in managing and executing high-level strategic objectives with more than 13 years’ experience in building, developing and expanding multinational organizations. His deep knowledge of financial markets, digital currencies and fintech has played a pivotal role in his success to date.

After a compound fracture brought a promising football career to an abrupt halt, it didn’t take long for James to bounce back, swiftly winning a place at Close Brothers, one of the UK’s leading merchant banking groups, before being headhunted to work for International Asset Management, one of the oldest independent asset management firms in the world, managing USD 4 billion of funds.

James left that company to found JageroFX, a highly successful London-based startup delivering sophisticated automated trading algorithms. James built the company from the ground up and sold it for a lucrative sum to a group of investors at the age of 23.

In his free time James enjoys boxing, golf, volunteering at orphanages and running business mentorship programs for young adults.
