I am the founder and inventor of the system to produce potable water from the humidity in the air. We can do so simply and reliably without high tech, so it will work anywhere in the world! I am very excited that this approach has the potential to bring a positive impact to many people who have no safe source of drinking water, and change lives by bringing water to the world!

I play a multifaceted role supporting the project development and serving as Business Advisor for W2TW, where I assist with all aspects of planning, coordinating, and executing the organization’s daily and long-term operations.

Marlon Weems is the founder of Hillcrest Strategies, an independent consultancy focused on innovative technologies. Marlon has held leadership positions at several boutique investment banking firms and navigated the start-up of several electronic trading desks.
For over ten years, Marlon led trading operations for a number of Wall Street investment boutiques, most notably, for an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, before starting Hillcrest Strategies, a consulting and advisory firm.
Marlon has built a reputation as an expert on fintech, global market structure, and regulatory issues affecting the capital markets. He has been quoted in many financial media outlets such as Financial Planning, Benzinga, Investor’s Business Daily, and Financial Advisor IQ.

I am the CEO of Blockvisory LLC in Dubai UAE, our company is leading the way in Blockchain Innovations and ICO management. The Water to the World Project present the next phase in Initial coin offerings by introducing a smartmachine that will utilize Blockchain technology to record, analyze and monetize not only water production data, but other atmospheric data as well. The threat of global warming and ozone depletion could threaten our future generations. Unless we begin now to make environmental changes and have trusted data and unbiased information for research organizations, universities and governmental entities to make better decisions. The water to the world smartmachine will bring millions of people around the world safe, clean water for drinking and other daily tasks. My role with the ICO advisory board, Blockvisory , is multi-faceted. However, my take on the Water to the World ICO is that this is one of the most important ICOs that has been established in the short history of this space.
