UNIFOX

The Unifox ecosystem is composed of 5 independent parts interconnected by the blockchain ecosystem. It includes online currency exchange network, payment kiosk network (crypto-ATMs), POS terminals, unicash cryptocurrency and payment system + prepaid cards and Unifox decentralised exchange. The company intends to make the blockchain technology (and cryptocurrencies) available for daily use. Unifox is a comprehensive tool for simplifying financial transactions of many types.

PROS:

• As of today, most of Unifox parts already have their product ready. The Unifox team has created a production line for kiosks, as well as exchanges are already functional finished products.
• Unifox platform offers a wide range of services. All these parts can be used by individuals and companies for buying/selling, spending or trading, and also create (international) transactions. Furthermore, a payment Kiosk can be an effective partner not only for users of cryptocurrencies, but also as a cash desk for a bank, operator, insurance company, power engineering or betting office.
• The platform is focused on local customers. For example, each exchange office in the network is connected to different currencies and different payment methods. This ensures that it will be possible to buy cryptocurrencies on local markets using local payment systems.
• All components of the platform guarantee its users a high security level. Unifox is intended to be a decentralised trading place for cryptocurrencies — e. an exchange without control of one central authority. The exchange works on the Unifox blockchain technology and all transactions are managed through smart-contracts (fixed rules irreversibly entered into the blockchain).
• Given the fact that Unifox is going to build a worldwide ecosystem, an extent of external influences is relatively low. There is a special approach for Unifox to marketing for the development of foreign trade. Unifox will build its own team of lawyers to manage the risk of legislation.
• 100% of the net profit of the company is divided among the holders of FOX. Such combination should be a solution for stable growth of FOX coin value. There are also company's obligations towards FOX holders – the payment of dividends. The potential of dividends in future periods may increase investors' demand.

CONS:

• Some parts of the platform are finished but not functioning. And Unifox decentralised exchange is still has the concept for preview.
• An implementation of the whole project takes a lot of time and funds.
• Difficult targeting of public ignorant cryptoscopes.
• Legal regulation obstacles , difficulties with KYC and AML policies

NOTE:

It is a great success that most projects are already prepared. It can be argued that by closing ICO, the weaknesses are largely eliminated, which greatly encourages opportunities. Unifox is aimed to build a user-friendly interconnection of the decentralised marketplace to the current economy. This makes the project viable and I would put my investments on it.

This is a decentralized platform that promotes mass adoption of cryptocurrencies enabling the users to easily meet the market needs.

PROS:

1. The platform enables the users to easily trade and make exchanges using cryptocurrencies with other currencies and fiat with the transactions  taking place either via the bank or cash
2. The platform through the adoption of blockchain technology enables faster and efficient transactions making it highly reliable
3. The platform enables the users within the developing countries  to easily transfer funds  to their relatives  and families  hence promoting mutual transactions
4. The platform has a high-quality Point of  Sale(POS) terminals connected to the Uniash enabling  the acceptance  of cryptocurrencies in the customer’s shops
5. The platform manages all its transactions through smart contracts ensuring that they are highly secure and cannot be easily hacked
6. The platform use is user-friendly as  it has a  readily available mobile application to enable easy crypto-exchanges
7. The platform white paper is elaborate with a clear illustration on the use of the project in promoting crypto exchange  and trading in the current economy

CONS:

1. The platform team involves fewer members limiting the necessary experience required for the project implementation
2. The platform doesn’t highlight the value of the FOX token during it pre-sale stage to enable the users to determine its suitability

SUGGESTIONS:

1. The platform FOX tokens value through the amount raised during its pre-sale stage should be highlighted in the whitepaper
2. The platform should  increase more people with the required skills  in the project to help in easy implementation

NOTE:

The platform use leads to an expansion of the crypto market by enabling easy exchange of cryptocurrency and fiat. This makes the platform viable and I would invest in it.

This is a very commercial product, but the issues are abound with the industrial viability and commercial execution. The team needs to execute flawlessly if it is going to achieve even a portion of this vision.
