RealtyReturns is a culmination of all my experiences and track record as both a real estate investor, serial entrepreneur, Silicon Valley angel investor, startup advisor and equity crowdfunding pioneer.

As an industry influencer, international cryptocurrency keynote speaker, we have the unique opportunity to influence the community on how our solution solves the problems of cross-border investing and liquidity in the real estate market.

By integrating Ethereum's blockchain technology with the real estate market RealtyReturns is poised to become the leading international real estate marketplace to help foreign investors to invest in American real estate and provide liquidity if they want to cash out.

As a real estate investor and an equity crowdfunding pioneer, I have seen first hand how people abroad have huge barriers to overcome in order to invest in American real estate. I co-founded RealtyReturns to solve that by allowing people to invest in real estate using cryptocurrency.

With our ICO we are building a community around people who understand the difficulties foreign investors must go through in order to invest in America. Most people do not understand how difficult it is for foreign investors to invest money outside of their country. If they are able to invest, they have no investment liquidity.

RealtyReturns solves this by allowing investors to invest in asset-backed security tokens that are backed by physical real estate. If an investor wants liquidity and chooses to cash out, they are able to sell their Returns Token on a security exchange to another investor. This creates liquidity in an otherwise historically illiquid market.

I've been involved with this project from the start and am very excited about the vision. My primary professional role is as a commercial real estate investment broker. I specialize in net leased assets which I believe are an ideal product for tokenization. My role on the team has included contributions to white paper will involve deal sourcing and transaction management as we go forward. Happy to answer any questions.

My role is social media marketing. I have been involved in this project since Summer 2017, when I was interning in DreamFunded as a financial analyst and performed financial due diligence for real estate properties. Our team studied blockchain technology, tokenized real estate crowdfunding business model, and created the first draft of the whitepaper for RealtyReturns's ICO. As a Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, I am responsible for marketing in Asia social media channels.
