Product Improvement – The Moirai platform is already built, we spent last 11 months on developing it, however we will constantly improve it and find new & better ways to serve our customers.
Operations – This segment of expenses includes management salaries, and similar costs associated with successfully performing business operations. Most of operational costs will be used to cover consulting fees of industry experts and corporations for carrying out market analysis and obtaining specialized knowledge across different market segments.
Legal – The Lending platform is a highly-regulated segment and therefore legal services are needed to ensure regulatory compliance. Funds will be allocated for general legal advices and emergency legal services.
Miscellaneous – All incidental expenses which exclude all of the above expenses
