As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?

Georgi can be described as entrepreneur, general & project manager, technical guru & passionate believer in the blockchain technology. He has 10+ years of combined management and technical background. The leadership qualities, rich experience & the numerous successful software projects position Georgi in best place to lead the LanceChain team.
He will focus on supporting and coaching all team members, working extensively within all verticals and bring his superb managerial and technical experience into action via empowering all participants to achieve more.

With more than a decade of experience in business, general management, project management and software development Georgi is a great asset to the LanceChain team. Utilizing his technical and business skills allowed him to lead international corporations as managing director and establish successful startups and businesses. Georgi is an adjunct lecturer in one of the biggest universities in Sofia, inspiring his students to embrace the innovations, including blockchain. As a passionate participant & supporter of the blockchain & crypto community he will help us ensure the LanceChain project unveils its potential.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?

As a chief advisor to the project, I'm consulting the technical implementation around the architecture - on and off-chain parts of the project, smart contracts, blockchain future-proofing (Ethereum and future blockchain solutions). I'm also advising the business for its strategic planning and execution of the various steps of the implementation from inception to launch plans.

I find the project exciting because it is aiming to challenge a monopolized industry, where middlemen and parties take up to 20-25% of each hour worked by a freelancer. The LanceChain platform aims to resolve that and be the partner for business owners and freelancers that allows them to interact with no commission and fee.

Being a risk manager and actively participating in organizing cryptocurrency markets in leading brokerage companies allowed Martin to accumulate needed knowledge in financial consulting, risk management and blockchain implementation in the financial world. He will carefully monitor all processes related to finances, risk and blockchain exchange introduction.

Toni can be proud of over a decade of experience in managing all customer facing units of leading forex companies, behind his back. Valentina possesses an unrivalled creative mind coupled with outstanding organizational skills. Along her experience in leading teams of graphic designers for huge international corporations comes first-hand contact with the difficulties faced by the freelancers. Valentina helped us produce the UX & design of LanceChain and will continue to support by aiding us towards enlargement our team of creative minds.

ELENA BLIZNAKOVA

Always passionate about the latest technologies, Elena has a number of successful projects behind her back. She has built quite a few mobile and web applications using NodeJS, JavaScript, JQuery, etc. Her rising interest in fintech, crypto and blockchain made her embrace the LanceChain idea.

Summary

Mainly, LanceChain is a great addition to the freelance industry. If the team can follow up on their plan and roadmap, then we might have a good freelancing service in the making. Only time will tell how this ICO will act in the future.

Positives
Early Adopter Incentive: If you invest in the ICO early, either through its pre-sale or its second sale, you’ll gain a 10% bonus for doing so.
Project Security: Through Ethereum’s smart contracts, LanceChain project owners don’t have to worry about their talent finishing the project past the deadline, or producing low quality work.

Negatives
No MVP: We would like to see a product of this ICO to ensure that the company has a physical representation of their whitepaper.
Competition: There is a multitude of other ICOs that are attempting to fix the Freelance Industry through their projects. How will LanceChain show dominance within the field?
