This project will be featured in my upcoming book ‘FOUNDUPS - journey to social capitalism, the untold blockchain story. I passionately advise the CEO on strategic positioning and vison for Kuende. As a rule I do not take any tokens for my role. I only advise on projects I 100% believe in and I believe in Kuende because it has the opportunity to change the way we interact on social media by providing educational games that will help build empathic communities. We all want a Facebook like environment that keeps us learning in fun ways, engages collaboration, and keeps our data ours.
Pavel Antohe
As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
Pavel is an Entrepreneur with four years of experience leading Kuende. He is an Alumnus of Blackbox.vc, a Google-backed Startup Incubator and best known for kick-starting innovation while getting the best out of the people he leads. His drive, energy and passion are known to inspire motivation and focus in those around him. As the Visionary behind Kuende, he studies and forecasts the trends in social media to see opportunities before any of our competitors do. And maybe his most important quality, he has the ability to instantly see features from the user’s perspective. This gives the team a visible goal to work toward and a roadmap to judge their success in creating the Kuende vision.

Legend has it that he has Kuende’s Logo tattooed on his heart.

I have over 20 years experience in business developement, finance and management.I was the first investor and because of my love for Kuende vision I joined the team as a senior manager and overseer of the daily activities. My work is varied and covers all the vital areas including legal, accounting, financial and aquisitions.

As Kuende's CTO I'm leading the development of the product and designing the higher level system architecture. Usually I'm writing infrastructure code for our platform where our microservices run.

I've been part of the movement that Kuende is today from day one. It has been and still is my responsibility to analyze past and current technologies focused on the social interaction between people, in order to bring fresh and improved ideas to the table.

For as much ease current social networking solutions bring in our lives, I believe they also have a tendency of keeping us apart physically. This is where Kuende will step in. Acquaintanced online, together offline.
Daniel Bugarin
As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
Daniel has almost 9 years of experience, working in both software development and information security. He lead a world-famous security contest team, penthackon, finishing 5th in the world in 2014. He joined us after leading the security efforts of eMAG, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Eastern Europe. His sharp security skills, his keen interest in business development and his native analytical skill used for providing practical ideas in regards to any vision made him a valuable member of the team.

I was formerly a Site Reliability Engineer for Google Cloud and I have been working at Kuende for about a year. I mostly work on Kuende’s infrastructure code as well as help review the design of our multiple microservices

As the lead of the mobile development team, I’m responsible for the technical aspect of the mobile application development, client API development and store presence for both iOS and Android application.

I am one of the first members of the SRE team, which manages the entire Kuende infrastructure. Our responsibility is to offer a smooth experience across our platform for our users.

Regarding Kuende's core idea, I believe that building a challenge framework on top of the blockchain is a challenge in itself, but the hard work will be worth it if we succeed in bringing people together online and offline.
Alisa Laza
As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
As a member of the mobile development team, my core responsibility is to write the code that enables our users to immerse themselves in the Kuende world through our mobile apps.

The last two years I've spent at Kuende have convinced me that we can create a social network that stands out among the rest – we are unique through our focus on the offline aspect of socializing, which will shine through in our implementation of challenges based on real-life experiences.

As one of the first employees of this company and a backend developer, I saw the project morphing from the pre-alpha to what it is now. The best approach we had was to make a blockchain platform to facilitate real life interactions. In my opinion, the incentivisation using tokens, is one of the best ideas and a huge leap forward.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
My role in the Kuende team is to help develop new solutions and features for the Kuende mobile app and also to make sure that everything is running smoothly. I am also the one that makes sure that cross-platforming meets well with the android framework, so that we can deliver the best possible product for our users.

I think that Kuende challenges will change the way people see social networks for the better. The greatest problems that online platforms in general have, is the lack of real human interactions and our product is here to solve this problem once and for all.

I'm a Full-Stack Mobile Developer, proficient in Qt and iOS, and a blockchain enthusiast. My responsibilities in the team include native iOS development, audio/video features and integrating cutting edge frameworks and libraries.

Kuende has been a wild ride for me in the last ~2 years, I can only describe it as magical.

I truly believe we can make the world a better place, through a blockchain fueled hybrid online/offline social network based on real world gamified challenges.

I believe Kuende can revolutionize and revitalize social networks, reversing the damage done by the first generation of social applications.

PROS:

  1. Real life interaction: The platform promote human interaction  through its online-offline social media platform enabling the user to deeply know each other and effectively interact
  2. Rewards: The platform rewards the users in different forms with its token for engaging in  real-world challenges
  3. Challenges: The gamified challenges actively encourages the people as they are able to receive limitless entertainment and social interactions  from the platform experience hence promoting the true nature of human beings
  4. Tokenized economy: The platform is strong enough to support a healthy and prosperous micro economy through the use of Kuende Token(KUE) and Kuende Points(KP) which meets the ERC-20 standards
  5. Easy accessibility: The platform has a well developed mobile application supported by IOS and Android  that is readily available in the Google store through which the users can easily interact
  6. Team: The platform has a good team of twenty four member amongst which there are sixteen developers with each member having adequate skills and experience to enable them to build the project easily

CONS:

  1. The platform white paper is under-developed
  2. The platform amount collected from the crowd sale of the Kuende Tokens is not highlighted
  3. The platform token is not exchangeable with the other tokens across the involved application

SUGGESTIONS:

  1. The platform white paper should be fully developed to provide the users with all the related information
  2. The platform tokens should be made exchangeable with fiat and other cryptocurrencies to enable the users in all areas to fully interact through any favourite currency
  3. The platform amount raised during the crowd sale should be highlighted to enable the users to determine the suitability of the involved tokens

NOTE:

The platform encourages real-world socialization and provides the convenience of social media connectivity hence promoting families cohesion and adequate online-offline interactions. With full development I would invest in the project

Excellent team with very big staff and wide experience. It is visible that there is all necessary, but the idea old, not unique and I personally saw a set of projects with the similar ideas. To become real leaders of an industry huge resources, and return of investments into it will be required by a big question. Chances of course are, but I so far not really trust in it.
