About Victor Santos
My passion is building and supporting innovative solutions for the underserved using technology as a medium for impact and a catalyst for positive change. I prefer to focus on mission-driven products and double-bottom-line companies that create real impact for their users and stakeholders. I believe that blockchain technology and asset tokenization will democratize and decentralize financial services; as a result, cryptocurrency will create more egalitarian access to capital for those who genuinely need it around the world. Victor Santos co-founded Airfox at the Harvard Innovation Labs, after incubation at TechStars Boston, to extend critical financial services to the billions of unbanked and underbanked. Victor is an ex-Googler and Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur. A DACA dreamer, Victor immigrated from Brazil at the age of 12 and graduated from UC Berkeley. Victor began working with emerging markets and VoIP at iWorldServices, opening its LatAM division. He then co-founded Ciao Telecom, where he launched a platform for VoIP entrepreneurs in Brazil and an advertising-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) with Sprint in the U.S. After growing Ciao Telecom to double-digit millions in revenue, Victor joined Google working on the AdWords Google Partners program.
