Shyam is Founder and CEO of Natsoft Asia Pte Ltd, launched in December 2016. Natsoft is established as a start-up, with a vision to Build Digital Ecosystems for its clients with partnerships with niche solution providers in Cloud, IoT, Analytics and Mobility. Natsoft brings state of the art technology solutions to help companies transform and embrace digital initiatives. The fast emerging ecosystem will bring transformational solutions for the clients in the areas of Organizational Design & Leadership Productivity, Sales Performance Transformation, End to end Innovation Management, Advanced Supply Chain Solutions, Industrial IoT and well supported by a ERP / CRM solution as needed. Prior to this, Shyam was the Partner & Vice President at IBM and been with the company for over 19 years. Shyam has played key roles in ASEAN in the past including ASEAN Global Business Services Leader, Singapore & Indonesia Country Leader, ASEAN Consulting Services Leader. Shyam was also responsible for successfully establishing IBM's Business Analytics and Optimization Services across ASEAN. These positions had P&L responsibilities with up to 300M annual revenues. Shyam was driving the new wave of digital transformation for Clients into the agile age of Cloud, Analytics and Mobile by defining specific roadmaps to bring the next wave of growth and digital disruption. He is able to strategize the initiatives which drive revenue growth, cost optimization through these initiatives for the client organizations by defining the key organization changes to support the growth. Shyam has a very successful track record spanning 28 years in Industry and Consulting. Having risen through the ranks in PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and IBM, Shyam has experience across Sectors and Service Lines. His experiences range across SAP, Oracle, Complex System Integration and Business Intelligence / Advanced Analytics Practices across the Sectors.
