Gary Ross

Gary J. Ross is a founding partner at Ross & Shulga PLLC, a securities law boutique in New York City, and is one of the leading securities law practitioners in the cryptocurrency space. Gary’s past and present clients include Steemit, CoinList, Gaze Coin, Republic Crypto, and InvestFeed, among other players in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space. Gary is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School and Brooklyn Law School, and prior to co-founding Ross & Shulga, worked at Sidley Austin LLP and Alston & Bird LLP. From 2009 to 2012, Gary served in the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he helped oversee compliance for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP).
