As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?
Founder and General Manager. Degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Navarra. After graduating he worked at Citibank (deploying the business unit of car financing) and at Salva Industrial where he was in charge of the company for Latin America and the Caribbean. He also created their subsidiary (Salva Austral, S.A.) in Chile. Since 2001 he has been associated with the world of feedback. Before EasyFeedback.com began, he launched “Easy Survey Tools”, a tool for conducting all kinds of surveys and their data analysis Online.
What do you think about idea?
Easy Feedback has been involved in the feedback market since 2015, as a trusted third party, with an online platform that connects customers and companies since mid-2015.
Easy Feedback Token “EFT” was created to reward people who from EasyFeedback.com communicate useful and private feedback to improve products, services and processes of companies and institutions.
EFTs can be exchanged for products, services, cryptocurrencies or money at a market price.
Before beginning the pre-sale of the IEO, Easy Feedback has already invested a capital of 730,000 $ to finance development of the product and begin its commercialisation. Since then, more than 200,000 feedback messages have been sent to more than 10,000 companies in 50 different countries and their business products are already being used by companies.
The aim of the token we are now launching is to take advantage of blockchain technology in order to improve the service already being provided and extend the advantages of our tool, thereby benefitting both consumers and companies.
Our mission is to facilitate the communication by promoting the useful feedback, enhancing its management in order to improve the world.

How will we do it?:
By being the first option that consumers have to contact the companies when:
1. The front line employees or internal customer services “fail”: the customer has used them and is not satisfied, the customer cannot find them, does not find them convenient or does not want to use them because they do not generate trust or the customer feels uncomfortable,
2. Before using other ways: complaint forms, consumer organisations, social networks and public forums, etc.
3. Before going to the competition without saying anything.
4. They want to send suggestions to improve products, services, processes or service from employees.
5. They want to send congratulations in appreciation of service received.
And rewarded this feedback with Easy Feedback Token "EFT" through the new concept we have created “the proof of feedback”.
