LAB Miami

Located in the heart of the vibrant Wynwood Arts District, the LAB is Miami’s original coworking community. In 2012, the founding members of the LAB teamed up with the Knight Foundation and a group of angel investors to convert a 10,000 square foot warehouse into a shared office space and event venue. Since then, a growing number of Miami’s brightest and most forward-thinking entrepreneurial minds have converged here to share their ideas, learn from one another, and build amazing companies and projects.

The LAB Miami believes progress happens when we support one another. We strive to connect, educate and empower to build a strong Community and Startup Ecosystem. Through the generosity and engagement of our supporters, we are able to offer all our Members exclusive discounts and different services . With these partnerships, we hope to launch opportunities for entrepreneurs & local startups  to engage with the community in a unique and transformative way.

Wynwood was first shaped by visionary developers like Tony Goldman and David Lombardi and the most talented street artists in the world, led by local champions such as Primary Flight.

The district’s growth was driven by dedicated gallerists, arts organizations and individuals willing to experiment. It is now a mecca of street art, where creativity breathes from the walls, and the fabric of the neighborhood continuously evolves.

Wynwood has evolved to be the epicenter for entrepreneurship and technology in Miami. The LAB is located in the heart of Wynwood, and is the hub for this entrepreneurial movement.
