Welcome to the Hanseatic Blockchain Institute The Hanseatic Blockchain Institute (HBI) is a registered association dedicated to promoting research and education in the field of blockchain technology. The HBI was founded in Hamburg in 2019 and has since organized over 150 events, lectures and workshops and gained a large network of partners and members. The HBI is also conducting the blockchain study W3NOW.DE, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
