David Packham, Chintai CEO, is a finance industry veteran with 20 years of experience working for some of the largest institutions in the world. After witnessing inefficiencies and asymmetrical advantages in the financial system first hand, he felt compelled to be a part of the solution instead of the problem. The seeds of Chintai were born.

 The founding team met in 2018 and launched Chintai with a common goal: create a fair, efficient and transparent financial system that offers equal opportunity to all market participants. After more than two years of development, Chintai is capitalized, aiming to be awarded MAS licensing and preparing to launch it’s beta platform in Q3 2021.
