BLOCKLANCER is a Distributed Autonomous Job Marketplace (DAJ) built on Ethereum block chain which is self-regulatory enabling user to find jobs and their project done efficiently and fairly.

PROS:

1. Lower fees: The fees charged is comparatively low enabling its easy use
2. Fair dispute settlement: The platform doesn’t depend on centralized bodies to solve disputes in case  they arise but instead  has a token  tribunal that promotes fair decisions
3. Security: The jobs offered within the platform cannot be deleted under any circumstance and the validity of any job is independent on the political status or personal feelings
4. Assured payments: The customers are guaranteed payment once the job has been done and doesn’t depend on any personal details
5. The verification of every profile on blocklancer through KYC prevents spam

CONS:

1. Restricted premium account access to token holders with less amounts
2. The transfer of the individual token to other accounts can lead to attack and confusion to allow other members vote
3. Survival depends on how wealthy the token holders are

SUGGESTIONS:

1. The token holders should be given equal rights regardless of their wealth
2. The token transfer should be restricted with more regulations to avoid double voting
