Il Bitbond Token (BB1) è il primo token di sicurezza della Germania e mira a rendere accessibile il business lending a livello globale. Bitbond è la prima piattaforma di prestito basata sulla cripto-valuta per i prestiti alle imprese che opera a livello globale. Fondata nel 2013, Bitbond ora facilita più di $ 1 milione di prestiti alle imprese ogni mese.

L'emittente del token è Bitbond Finance GmbH, una società interamente controllata da Bitbond GmbH. I titolari di token riceveranno l'1% di interessi sul loro importo investito ogni trimestre (4% all'anno). Inoltre, i titolari di token ricevono un coupon variabile pagato una volta all'anno.

We are entering a new era of tokenized assets with the first regulated public security token offering. Our security tokens gives a broad audience access to SME loans as an investment.

What do you think about idea?

Bitbond is pioneering the space of online lending and security token offerings. We are very happy to have the opportunity to add value to investors, our customers and the crypto space in general.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I'm a product manager behind Bitbond. Making sure everything we build will be well received by our end users and investors.

What do you think about idea?

We are putting the market place back into marketplace lending. Most other fintech lenders have moved to a fully or near fully institutional investor based approach to fund online lending. BB1 Token wants to give this opportunity back to the market while at the same time guaranteeing that you receive a minimum 4% p.a. return.

As a Full-Stack Developer at Bitbond, I will be building out the STO platform's frontend and supporting the product team in design and architectural decisions.

What do you think about idea?

I think the BB1 STO is a great investment opportunity. Regulation will be really important for mass adoption of crypto technologies. So I'm really excited to be a part of the team making Germany's first ever STO happen!

As a Full-Stack Developer at Bitbond, I will be building out the STO platform's backend in consonance with the frontend solution. A part from that I'm responsible for some other internal tools and projects.

What do you think about idea?

A Tokenized Bond in a public offering is the new way to give again a sense to your placement. Compared to regular saving account, BB1 Token is offering a higher fixed interest at 4%. Also, the annual coupon is linked with the diversified growth potential of thousands of fast growing companies across the globe!

I work as an investor relations manager on Bitbond's STO project. Regularly in contact with VCs, institutional and retail investors making sure they are well informed about the BB1 token and its benefits.

What do you think about idea?

I am very excited to see this space develop. As the first tokenized bond with interest and profit sharing components it provides a credible and regulated alternative to conventional securities. This will propel Bitbond to the next level whilst simultaneously forging the path for other businesses to tokenize debt.

I am a Sales Investor Manager, and I am working mostly to spread the word in the Spanish scene. In addition to that, also taking care of the questions and doubts that may arise among potential investors.

It is great and innovative in my opinion. Hopefully, it will have a great welcome within the public.

What do you think about idea?

I believe that our STO is going to start a real revolution in the crypto-world, as well as completely change the way how Start-ups are managing their fundraising.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

As a member of the customer support team I am involved in answering any queries that our customers might have. I am also responsible for conducting KYC verifications.

What do you think about idea?

I am excited to be part of the first fully regulated STO in Germany and hope to see the positive impact it will have on the crypto space.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

Working in the customer support department. I support my peers by making sure all customer queries are answered in a timely fashion.

What do you think about idea?

Aside from being part of the first STO in Germany, I am most excited about seeing how blockchain technology can help finance small businesses globally.

I work as a Finance Associate for Bitbond GmbH, the parent co of the issuer of the token. I support the project in all finance-related aspects.

What do you think about idea?

It's an honor to be on board for Germany's first public STO. I think this a historic project that will pave the way for the future of security tokens and start-up/tech fundraising in general.
