Bitbond Token (BB1) adalah token keamanan pertama Jerman dan bertujuan untuk membuat pinjaman bisnis dapat diakses secara global. Bitbond adalah platform pinjaman berbasis crypto-currency pertama untuk pinjaman bisnis yang beroperasi secara global. Didirikan pada tahun 2013, Bitbond sekarang memfasilitasi lebih dari $ 1 juta pinjaman bisnis setiap bulan.

Penerbit token adalah Bitbond Finance GmbH, sebuah perusahaan yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh Bitbond GmbH. Pemegang token akan menerima bunga 1% dari jumlah yang diinvestasikan setiap kuartal (4% per tahun). Selain itu, pemegang token menerima kupon variabel yang dibayarkan sekali setahun.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

We are entering a new era of tokenized assets with the first regulated public security token offering. Our security tokens gives a broad audience access to SME loans as an investment.

What do you think about idea?

Bitbond is pioneering the space of online lending and security token offerings. We are very happy to have the opportunity to add value to investors, our customers and the crypto space in general.

I am responsible for legal counselling and Project Management of the upcoming Bitbond Finance GmbH 's STO.

What do you think about idea?

It is a great project with an innovative financial product which will lead the way to further STOs in Germany and Europe.

Optimizing our credit model, on the basis of which, the STO proceeds will be invested in loans on our platform.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I'm a product manager behind Bitbond. Making sure everything we build will be well received by our end users and investors.

What do you think about idea?

We are putting the market place back into marketplace lending. Most other fintech lenders have moved to a fully or near fully institutional investor based approach to fund online lending. BB1 Token wants to give this opportunity back to the market while at the same time guaranteeing that you receive a minimum 4% p.a. return.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

As a Full-Stack Developer at Bitbond, I will be building out the STO platform's frontend and supporting the product team in design and architectural decisions.

What do you think about idea?

I think the BB1 STO is a great investment opportunity. Regulation will be really important for mass adoption of crypto technologies. So I'm really excited to be a part of the team making Germany's first ever STO happen!

Marcelo Xavier

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

As a Full-Stack Developer at Bitbond, I will be building out the STO platform's backend in consonance with the frontend solution. A part from that I'm responsible for some other internal tools and projects.

What do you think about idea?

I feel like the Bitbond's STO is a great investment opportunity. I mean, it is the first German STO and I'm glad I'm being part of this revolution! =D

Member of Investor Relations Team for private, professional and institutional participants to Bitbond STO. In charge of Business Development and Partnership activities for Bitbond.

What do you think about idea?

A Tokenized Bond in a public offering is the new way to give again a sense to your placement. Compared to regular saving account, BB1 Token is offering a higher fixed interest at 4%. Also, the annual coupon is linked with the diversified growth potential of thousands of fast growing companies across the globe!

Daniel Arrigone

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I work as an investor relations manager on Bitbond's STO project. Regularly in contact with VCs, institutional and retail investors making sure they are well informed about the BB1 token and its benefits.

What do you think about idea?

I am very excited to see this space develop. As the first tokenized bond with interest and profit sharing components it provides a credible and regulated alternative to conventional securities. This will propel Bitbond to the next level whilst simultaneously forging the path for other businesses to tokenize debt.

Edith Baulenas

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I am a Sales Investor Manager, and I am working mostly to spread the word in the Spanish scene. In addition to that, also taking care of the questions and doubts that may arise among potential investors.

What do you think about idea?

It is great and innovative in my opinion. Hopefully, it will have a great welcome within the public.

I am a Marketing Manager here a Bitbond. I currently work on a lot on social media & content creation.

What do you think about idea?

I think its a great project that really opens up investment opportunities for everyone. Another super cool thing to mention here is our affiliate program. Anyone can earn 5% of the investment they help to generate!

I am responsible for creating great visual assets, reaching out to our community, talking to potential and established partners and much more.

What do you think about idea?

I am very excited to see how the BB1 brings a strong sense of hope and security back to the crypto world.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I am responsible for the AML/CTF policy at Bitbond. I make sure that everything we do is compliant with all of the relevant regulations.

What do you think about idea?

I believe that our STO is going to start a real revolution in the crypto-world, as well as completely change the way how Start-ups are managing their fundraising.

Katerina Trendafilova

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

As a member of the customer support team I am involved in answering any queries that our customers might have. I am also responsible for conducting KYC verifications.

What do you think about idea?

I am excited to be part of the first fully regulated STO in Germany and hope to see the positive impact it will have on the crypto space.

Alfonso Barrenechea

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

Working in the customer support department. I support my peers by making sure all customer queries are answered in a timely fashion.

What do you think about idea?

Aside from being part of the first STO in Germany, I am most excited about seeing how blockchain technology can help finance small businesses globally.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I work as a Finance Associate for Bitbond GmbH, the parent co of the issuer of the token. I support the project in all finance-related aspects.

What do you think about idea?

It's an honor to be on board for Germany's first public STO. I think this a historic project that will pave the way for the future of security tokens and start-up/tech fundraising in general.

I'm part of the Credit team, doing underwriting and analysis.
I'm an extra hand on the numbers side :)

What do you think about idea?

One word: WOW!
I think it's the most sustainable way of keep growing our business. Transparent, secure and regulated!

In charge to support my colleagues managing data and streamlining/monitoring processes.

SQL, Python and Spreadsheet the main technologies I use on a daily basis.

What do you think about idea?

With the capital raised we can continue financing SME from all around the world, helping them developing their entrepreneurship dreams.

Moreover we are setting new boundaries in the Fin-tech/Crypto ecosystem, many companies will take advantage from the hard work Bitbond is doing as first mover.

I am proud of being involved in these precious missions.

Fenna Spiegelhalter

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I am an HR Manager at Bitbond - the mother company of the issuer of the token. At Bitbond I am the first contact person concerning all HR relevant questions, taking care of the well-being of all employees.

What do you think about idea?

I am excited to be part the first German STO and I am looking forward to see of how it will shape the crypto-world.
