Our company is registered in the UK under registration number 10796585. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our Digital Platform. If you continue to browse and use the Digital Platform, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms of use, our privacy and cookie policy (altogether “Terms of Use”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, please do not use our Digital Platform.

Our Digital Platform is exclusively intended for private use by natural persons with place of residence in countries, which fulfill the statutory and contractual requirements for making use of the service offered by Zozo . No contractual relationship is formed between you and Zozo merely by retrieval of Content unless expressly stipulated otherwise; the Content does not constitute any kind of offer which can be accepted by you without a declaration by Zozo . Your use of Digital Platform and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
