All maintenance costs, personnel and similar expenses of their partner campuses will be covered by BUILDIN. I'm an architect. I have been building buildings for a long time. I sell the buildings I produce and make a profit. There are people who want to invest in buildings I produce outside of my country. Blockchain helped me here. With the token I created, it will be faster and more reliable to receive investments. I am responsible for the management and production part of this project. In the future, we are working to develop technologies integrated into my projects on web and mobile platforms. 'Safa Çimenli' is the software engineer of our team. Our advertising and brand development manager 'Nurcan Yılmaz'. Our team will expand in the near future.
What do you think about idea?
You can review detailed descriptions in whitepaper. We have two different income models for now. The first is the production and sale of land investments and the building to be projected. We will convert about 20% of the aftermarket revenue into BIN tokens. This will show everyone the volume and demand for this token and the supply will increase. Our investors who want to be partners in these projects to share their income will earn approximately 50% of the profit. We will convert 20% of our revenue into BIN tokens. Our second income model is our Small Houses projects. These projects will be produced and rented in large campuses.
