Actively helping portfolio companies with: - Gaining new customers locally and internationally - Recruiting key individuals - Refinancing including introductions to VCs, Debt providers and Corporate Ventures - M&A Support and IPO preparation including Nasdaq Private Market and Sharespost. Results: Solid track record as a business angel from 2005 with 9 out of 18 direct investments fully or partly exited. All exits within Fintech. None of the investments has closed down. Awarded the prize Business Angel of the Year in Europe in 2013 by EBAN after having three (positive) exits in a week. Nominated as one of 5 top angels in Europe 2009 and announced as among FINTECH ASIA 100 Leaders In Asian Fintech in 2016 after moving in 2014 to Asia. Donated some of the exit proceeds to save the last Tesla Lab on Long Island, Tesla the Movie and other Tesla inspired projects as well as to female entrepreneurs and for refugees to quicker learn a langue and get friends and ultimately jobs. Set up True Global Ventures 1 in 2011, True Global Ventures 2 in 2013 and True Global Ventures 3 in the beginning of 2016 investing exclusively in serial entrepreneurs within Fintech.
