As CEO and founder of RE’FLEKT, Europe’s leading Augmented and Mixed Reality Enterprise Ecosystem, I am currently responsible for company strategy, product development and the adoption of global partnerships. My extensive experience in strategic planning, lean Startup principles and agile software development has enabled me to grow RE'FLEKT into a global tech company with offices in Munich, Dusseldorf and San Francisco. RE'FLEKT is meanwhile recommended by leading analysts including ABI Research and Gartner (Gartner Cool Vendor). I have raised over EUR 6M funds with Bertelsmann and Bosch amongst the investors and negotiated several win-win-partnership agreements with global brands such as Akamai, Hyperloop, Microsoft and Nvidia. As Chairman of a Federal Working Group "Startups" in the Wirtschaftsrat Deutschland I'm actively pushing to improve the startup eco-system in Germany together with the German Government and many of the best in class Startups, Investors and Corporates.
