I am a Product, Production and Design specialist with experience leading live games teams toward critical and commercial success. An early adopter to analytics driven design, I established and grew one of the first eCommerce Business Intelligence teams before joining Mediatonic to establish their process for designing and operating live games. Following this transition, Mediatonic became a leading studio in the development and management of live titles. Seizing the opportunity to create community driven games with persistent worlds, I moved to CCP, leading the production and creative vision of their first mobile MMO. A hugely passionate gamer myself, I strive to maintain a comprehensive understanding of MMO design and champion competitive gaming as a founding member of the UK's eSports governing body.
