Hello, I'm Ross; an entrepreneur, specialising in blockchain technology businesses. I work with entrepreneurs and companies who are committed to using blockchain technology to solve problems, where the solution is disruptive and game changing; and making a difference with their social responsibility programs. I began my business career in New Zealand where I co-founded and operated a pay Cable TV network for 10 years. Also in that time I was involved in building businesses in Asia/US satellite telco/internet communications, website development (CMS), and commercial property investment. Following successful exits, I moved to Singapore to further my passion for business and personal development education. I held the Managing Director, Sales Executive, and Executive Coach roles in a company providing Executive Leadership programs in Asia Pacific and Europe. From 2010-17 I worked with ETP helping build their Retail software business to be the leading provider of omni channel retail management software for enterprise class retailers in Asia, working with leading retailers and brands in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Melbourne, Sydney, and Ho Chi Minh. My business experience is diverse. As an early technology adopter I’m always looking at how technology can optimise business processes and excited to see how the next generation of process enhancements will evolve through the use of blockchain. I believe all improvement starts with people, as it’s the people of an organisation that determine the level of drive, direction and commitment to any organisational improvement. Once the people are in place, the strategy determined, then technologically comes into play to support that. When not at work I can be found on the squash court, in the surf, or enjoying the company of family and friends. In the past... I have also lived in a 4WD camper truck which I drove on an overland adventure from London to Cape Town for 2 years.
