CORNUCOPIA is a privately-held index fund that is aimed at acquiring shares in the private companies ahead of the anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO).

PROS:

• The project is built on ignite platform which provides an indisputable record of all the ratings  and transactions  taking place within the network  hence preventing users manipulation
• The platform helps the users to generate  higher profits  from the purchases abs subsequent sale of the pre-ICO shares ,options and warrants
• The platform provides a marketplace  with the source of unbiased opinions on the pre-IPO companies
• The platform token HORN  permits the holders to participate in the ratings  and review process for the pre-ICO opportunities  with the number of tokens held impacting the level of potential financial rewards one  the holders are entitled to
• The platform through the use of blockchain ensures that  there is full transparency with  verification of  every transaction, interaction, rating and trading
• The platform has a credible team with  vast skills and experience in primary financial services and  institutional trading under the guidance of the CEO Carsten Klein who has many years of experience in the financial services industry

CONS:

• The platform HORN token holders  are not guaranteed access to the ignite rating platform  through the token use
• The platform token doesn’t  incentivize the holder by granting them control over the platform decision-making process
• The platform is lacking a well developed mobile application for its easy usage

SUGGESTIONS:

• The platform technical team should develop a mobile application  for the platform to promote its easy usage
• The platform white paper should be upgraded  and more users   information included to promote adequate understanding of the project

The realization of this project requires adequate improvements and facilitation as its still under-developed limiting my investments on the project
