A new business model will be a distributed computing, digital music platform built on
Blockchain technology. While a number of other companies have developed alternative digital
platform products, Zimrii Music has taken the lead in disrupting the music industry by
developing a viable platform based on Blockchain technology.
This will enable all creatives, including artists, musicians, bands and songwriters to maximize
their potential and develop sustainable musical careers. This will be achieved in three critical
areas:
• Music contracts. Smart, automated contracts will enable artists to sell their music via
download or streaming and to reward collaboration.
• Copyright. Creatives will have immutable evidence of digital rights creation. Blockchain will
enable them to record copyright of their digital assets, as well as set and control the terms
for copyright use.
• Fan engagement. A blockchain-based solution provides innovative ways to form lasting
relationships with fans. Fans can be issued tokens sharing in the future proceeds of releases
of the artist, or they can be rewarded with rights to albums via crowd funding.
