Truth Data Cloud is a blockchain-based platform and data marketplace, that uniquely, enables consumers to control the storage of, and trade in, their personal browsing and buying intention data. This data is securely stored in their personal Truth Data Wallet, and only they can control it. Consumers are incentivised to join the Truth Data Cloud and earn rewards for keeping their data up to date, by receiving TRU tokens. When their data is used by advertisers, publishers, loyalty programmes and applications built on the Truth Data Cloud, TRU tokens fuel the ecosystem and further rewards the consumer for sharing their data. Truth Data Cloud features an easy-to-use dashboard where users can set their own data control criteria and screen the types of advertisers they want to see or hear from. By updating their ‘intention to buy’ data for a product, service or contract, they can also choose whether to allow companies to make them direct offers or send them advertising messages - in return for TRU tokens.
