SmartRefer's ERC-223 Crowdsale Factory

SmartRefer's Crowdsale Factory is a collection of smart contracts made for Ethereum-based crowdsales, using the ERC-223 standard. We decided to build the world's first comprehensive, easy to follow, ERC-223 library to help other Ethereum-based projects fast-track their development.

Currently, there are no other complete crowdsale boilerplates based on the ERC-223 standard.
Our work is based on the original ERC223 standard proposed by @dexaran (GitHub). Our code was heavily inspired by Zeppelin Solutions library.

While planning our platform's impending Pre-Sale (January 18th, 2017), we did exhaustive technical research on different patterns of launching various crowdsales, different contract types and the most common issues encountered. By researching more than 30 crowdsales, we took note of the most common patterns and design choices. We have completely restructured, and implemented them in our library.

Our library and contracts are fully backward compatible with the ERC-20 standard; we decided to run a rewritten version of Zeppelin Solution test cases on our library to confirm that. Additionally, we tried to be as thorough as possible while writing comments so that this could be a valuable learning resource for programmers transition into learning solidity.

SmartRefer Platform Technical Features

1) Smart Contract Referral Chains

Post jobs on the SmartRefer platform as Smart Contracts. When a referral is hired, the Smart Contract will automatically execute, rewarding everyone involved in the referral process with our ERC-223 REFER Memberships.

2) Proprietary Search Functionality

Using a combination of 15 unique attributes to sort and rate users within the platform, you will find the best suited employer, employee or Technical Recruiter for your specific needs.

3) Social Media Integration

Integrate your Social Networks to create a Personalized Referral Circle. Send and receive referrals within your own trusted network for new job opportunities.

4) REFER Membership Lock-In & Burn Mechanism

SmartRefer has created a lock-in mechanism for REFER Memberships. High-volume users of the platform will need to lock up a certain number of REFER Memberships in order to use the platform to it’s full capabilities. This is done for two reasons:

A. Minimize REFER Membership value fluctuations and potential speculation, in order to avoid dramatic “pump and dumps”.
B. Penalize users attempting to abuse the SmartRefer platform by sending mass unwanted referrals or invitations that are marked as spam.

REFER lock-in periods and amounts will vary based on the subscription level of the user. Positive user behavior over time will reduce the amount of memberships necessary to lock-in, freeing users to redeem more of their memberships for various rewards or services on our marketplace.
