ResumeChain

Once added ResumeChain will maintain a copy of each version of resume with the timestamp. Job Seeker can set their Profile as Private or Public.A Public profile can be viewed by any employer while for Private profile employer needs to request access. The public profile is better from employers perspective but prone to spam. In case of private profile employer need to request access. This project will provide authenticity to Job Seekers and will aid Employers and background check agencies in Employee background check.

Open Marketplace

ResumeChain is open to everyone. Anyone can become a miner or open Resume Exchange.Our system is free for everyone except the cost of the running network. The cost of the running network is determined by the open marketplace where miners, Resume Exchanges will compete for quality and price, thus reducing
the overall cost of the system over time in a systematic way.

Open Source

ResumeChain is an open source project. We use open source software and will continue to develop our software using open source technologies. Everyone is free to use our software, provide feedback and report the bug.
