Off Grid Paradise EcoVillage will give people an affordable way to live or vacation offgrid by investing in the ICO and buying OGP tokens. The funds raised through the ICO will be used to buy 450 plus acres of land in the Canadian Wilderness on undeveloped land with a beautiful lake waterfront. Approximately 50-60% of the land will be available for private use through Exclusive 49- year leases that offer a path to actual land ownership. While the remaining land will be reserved for the ecovillage and communal spaces. All residents and guests are equally entitled to use the communal areas according to the eco-village governance guide.
