MEERKAT is designed for local merchants. They can exchange MEERKAT tokens for their local FIAT currency by sending them to the exclusive Merchant Smart Contract. In exchange for their collected tokens, they receive the local FIAT+VAT value of the products they have sold for MEERKATs. allow instant and virtually free payments as the official cryptocurrency of the MEERPACr application. The MEERKAT blockchain has three main purposes. One hand, it is an instant and free payment system where token owners can spend their tokens at local merchants on their journey abroad. On the other hand, it will manage a private smart contract exclusive for the merchants. This will allow them to sell us their collected tokens for the local FIAT value of the products customers purchased from them for MEERKAT. Last but not least, the blockchain will incorporate a decentralized review system for tourists from tourists. Consumers will be incentivized to share their review about each and every visited token acceptance points. Visitors can only upload their reviews from the premises of the place itself based on GPS location. Therefore, we can guarantee that all reviews are valid, real-time and can not be modified or deleted later.
