Average annual return on assets, 2000-2017


You provide information about the asset and the share you want to sell. After independent valuation of the asset, you can issue on the LAT platform tokens backed by the asset. Then you sell your tokens on the LAT marketplace and get funds. You can continue using your asset after the sale and buy it back on the settlement date.


The LAT Wallet allows you to create and manage your tokens, assets, smart contracts, applications and make transactions on blockchain. The wallet provides access to the LAT Exchange as well.

Token sale

Public Token Sale will start from selling Tier 1 of LAT tokens via Dutch auction to determine the market price. The price will decrease each day by 5% up to 10 days or until Tier 1 of tokens will be sold. The closing auction price will be applied to all auction participants. In case a number of applications exceeds Tier 1, tokens will be distributed on a first in - first served basis. Tier 2, 3, 4 will be sold with the price increasing 10, 15 and 20% to the auction price. The last price is the price of Token Sale used for conversions of LATP tokens to LAT.

Technical details:  LATO Transactions Blockchain will be based on top of EOS vision of: DPOS technology with 10-seconds blocks. LATO Assets Blockchain will be based on top of Steemit (Graphene) blockchain. Moreover, it uses Aeternity idea of Decentralized Oracles. LATO will store encrypted data via systems based on top of BitTorrent technology with some improvements: sharding. LATO will use distributed computing systems based on top of technologies similar to Apache Hadoop, adopted to the blockchain world, to process complex high-performance operations like: text recognition, decentralized neural networks training and execution, fog computing on shared hardware. The LAToken (Liquid Asset Token) is essentially a pawn shop that distributes tokens for real estate, securities, artworks, and other high value assets. Decentralizing such markets could prove to be essential by becoming transparent, efficient, and sustainable. Associated risks with acquiring LAT will surely drive any consumer or business away once it's understood that the process to acquire tokens for assets virtually forfeits your property to their company with no guarantees on future performance and value. Liquidity may be great, but the legal implications delivers an ill sense of false security when LAToken can simply "print money" to trade for assets.

Trading something in the real world for tokens in a virtual world could make anybody feel hesitant. Should LAToken find it's path to set up all the legal structures and governance surrounding this business, a small portion of this token could be of worthy to any crypto-currency portfolio as the investment could be risky long term.
