I am a Partner in Gilbert + Tobin's Corporate Advisory group, leading the firm’s Financial Services and Fintech practices. I advise domestic and off-shore clients in relation to establishing, structuring and operating financial services sector businesses in Australia. I also advise across a range of issues relevant to the fintech and digital sectors, including platform establishment, blockchain solutions and global crypto-asset strategies, ICOs and TGEs.
