DREAM (previously Moneo.io) is building upon a world leading marketplace for high-end blockchain talent established in 2016. It is revenue generating and has already handled thousands of projects collectively worth over $10m.

Strengths: very experienced and well-balanced team which is a must for such technologically-advanced product. The project is building on existing and successful company - Moneo; the success-proven blockchain community of Moneo will be transferred to the DREAM.
Weaknesses: the future expansion to such saturated and competitive markets as startups and freelancers requires an extensive marketing plan and competitor analysis.
Out of many of the companies on the market, Dream seems to have statistics and goal planning down to a tee. In terms of investment for entrepreneurs, Dream appears to be a source of potential quality to build a solid business and offer a large range of positions available to the capable freelance worker. Their Whitepage is quite extensive and also seems very thorough. Judging by the information offered, the blockchain organization seems to provide transparency as well as an effective solution for anyone involved. Their cryptocurrency also seems to have a fairly high value, and if the rate of return is within the reasonable category, then that is a nice chunk of change to rake in… we say throw a sliver in and observe what happens.
The idea is not new, but firstly – it is thoroughly thought-out, and secondly – the team have already reached success on the previous step, with a project called Moneo. They are resolving the reputation issue. Unlike other competitors demanding significant fees for using the platform service and locking their reputation points on the platform, Dream allows contractors to transfer the reputation and therefore simplifies the platform adoption. Add here other features such as AI-generated recommendations both for contractors and workers and helping create entire teams ready to perform your specific task. Anyway, the main challenge is in the serious competitors like Upwork and Fiverr that already took their place on the market.
A very promising project with an excellent thought-out idea and an experienced team that already proved the ability to create successful projects in the same sphere.
