Die Hauptaufgabe des ECOS-Projekts ist die Bekämpfung des Globalen Problem des Verkaufs von minderwertigen, gefährlichen, gefälschten und illegale Produkte, deren Verkauf und Vertrieb in der Welt Industrie von Lebensmitteln und Getränken, insbesondere alkoholische Getränke solche, da sie heute sehr anfällig für Verfälschungen sind.
Schlechte Qualität und gefährliche Nahrungsmittel und Getränke haben immer von Menschen als ein ernstes Problem genommen worden. Ab heute, abgelaufene und gefälschte Lebensmittel sind ein Grund für die Entstehung von verschiedene Rauschmittel und Krankheiten, die besonders relevant sind für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder, ältere und kranke Menschen. Das Sicherheit von Lebensmitteln und Getränken (einschließlich alkoholische Getränke) ist eines der akutesten Probleme auf dem Planeten, weil es bezieht sich nicht nur auf die nationale Gesundheit, sondern auch auf die globale Wirtschaft im Allgemeinen. Die Qualität von Lebensmitteln und Getränke beeinflussen den Lebensstandard der Menschen, ihre sozialen Aktivität und demografischer Aspekt - Geburtenrate und Zunahme in der Bevölkerung. Daher, um eine hohe und lang anhaltender Lebensstandard, müssen Staaten ein bestimmtes geben Schwerpunkt auf Lebensmittelsicherheit.

The idea behind this project is a solid one. It will be rather difficult to implement, though, without extensive network of global partners. Relationships with governmental organizations should also be established. This could take time and additional resources/funding.

Weaknesses: team members profiles should be added to the WP. There are no business and financial plans, marketing strategy and competitor analysis. The level of English in the WP should be improved. There are no financial, cryptocurrency and ICO specialists in the team.
Counterfeit, fake, and illegal food products and drinks are dangerous for the health and well-being of millions of consumers around the world. Consumption of these food products and drinks can cause a lot of health-related issues, especially in young children and infants. This project will give a particular emphasis to food safety and quality control in order to ensure high and long-lasting living standards of millions of consumers around the world. Public blockchain technology is used for development of this project.
