EuroVegas City Coin

Our plan is to build a EuroVegas City complex consisting of 40 hotels, resorts, casinos, entertainment centers that will form the 5.7 km long EuroVegas boulevard. We would like to build the EuroVegas City complex in Europe, probably in Spain, and try to build on the unfinished EuroVegas project from 2013 by Sands Corp., which was not implemented near Madrid.

​In its character, the EuroVegas complex should be similar to the city of Las Vegas in the United States and be a European dominant for this type of use and entertainment. According to our current concept, EuroVegas City should be built on a plot of land with an area of approximately 6 - 10 km2.

The EuroVegas City should be the dominant location in Europe, providing visitors with endless possibilities for entertainment of all kinds. 

The EuroVegas complex should not only be a European gambling center, but the use of this complex should be significantly wider in the sense of various types of entertainment such as music and night clubs, restaurants, wellness centers, cultural centers for organizing concerts or other shows, corporate promotions and similarly.

Our EuroVegas City concept is designed similarly to Las Vegas where the main street is Las Vegas Boulevard "Vegas Strip" which is 6.8 km long. The EuroVegas Boulevard with a length of 5.7 km will be the main street of EuroVegas City, which will have approx. 21 resorts on one side and approx. 19 resorts on the other side. The layout and design of the resorts, as well as the names of these resorts, are now only an initial draft and are not the exact final form

The primary location for the construction of the EuroVegas City complex in Europe should be Spain. As mentioned above, we would like to follow up on the unfinished EuroVegas project from year 2013 near Madrid or in another suitable location in Spain. If it would not be possible to implement the EuroVegas City project in Spain, other countries in Europe are not ruled out for the construction of this complex.

Since this is a very expensive and demanding project, we decided to issue investment tokens for the possibility of financing the EuroVegas City project.

Investors can invest in the EuroVegas City project by buying tokens or pre-ordering tokens for the time being, even in smaller amounts, and thereby gain co-ownership of this project and in the future become shareholders of EuroVegas City and receive a % share of the profits from all resorts and casinos that make up EuroVegas City!

For the implementation of the EuroVegas City project, we have created 3 EuroVegas Tokens. We now offer new investors the opportunity to invest in this project by purchasing the investment tokens EuroVegas Property (EVP), EuroVegas Land (EVL) or by purchasing the payment token EuroVegas Coin (EVC).

1. EUROVEGAS LAND (EVL)

Purpose of token: Raising capital to purchase land for building EuroVegas City

By purchasing (in exchange for USDC) EuroVegas Land tokens, the holders of these tokens become co-owners of the land on which EuroVegas City will be built and in the future receive a share of the profits from all income generated in EuroVegas City, i.e. a share of the profits from all casinos and resorts built on this land.

The EuroVegas Land token is an investment token, so it is only used to obtain capital for the purchase of land for EuroVegas City. This token will not be available on any exchange.

Since for the purchase of a plot of land of approx. 6 km2 we need capital in the amount of min. EUR 100 million is not necessary that the investor to buy (make an exchange for USDC) EuroVegas tokens now.

An investor can now make a pre-order of EuroVegas Land tokens, and when the number of pre-orders reaches approximately EUR 100 million, we will invite you to a possible purchase of tokens.

In the event that an investor purchases EuroVegas Land tokens now and in the future for any reason the land for EuroVegas City is not purchased, all EuroVegas Land tokens will be bought back and 100% of the USDC tokens will be returned to investors.

In the case of reaching the 100% capital for the purchase of land for the construction of EuroVegas City, a new company will be established in the given location and all investors will be issued shares of this company in % ratio compared to the amount invested. This company will purchase the land and will be the owner of the land.

Reward for holder:

Each holder of this token becomes a co-owner of the land and all resorts and casinos built on that land and receives a % share of the profits from all resorts and casinos in EuroVegas City in the form of corporate shares of the newly established EuroVegas City company

2. EUROVEGAS PROPERTY (EVP)

Purpose of token: Raising capital to build EuroVegas City

By purchasing (in exchange for USDC) EuroVegas Property tokens, holders of these tokens become co-owners of all resorts and casinos that will be built in EuroVegas City and in the future receive a share of the profits from all income generated in EuroVegas City, i.e. profit share from all casinos and resorts.

The EuroVegas Property token is an investment token, so it is only used to obtain capital for the construction of resorts and casinos, i.e. the entire EuroVegas City. This token will not be available on any exchange.

The construction of the resorts will take place in stages. Investors can now pre-order EuroVegas Property tokens and once the number of pre-orders reaches 100% of the capital needed to build the first resort, investors will be invited to purchase (exchange) tokens. If an investor wants to buy (exchange) EuroVegas Property tokens now, it is possible.

In the event that an investor purchases EuroVegas Property tokens now and in the future, for any reason, resorts construction does not commence, all EuroVegas Property tokens will be bought back and 100% of the USDC Tokens will be returned to investors.

Once the capital for the construction of the first resort is obtained, all holders of EuroVegas Property tokens will receive shares (% share in relation to the investment amount) of the established company EuroVegas City, which will be the sole owner of the land and all buildings that will be built on this land in the future.

Each holder of this token becomes a co-owner of the land and all resorts and casinos built on that land and receives a % share of the profits from all resorts and casinos in EuroVegas City in the form of corporate shares of the newly established EuroVegas City company.

3. EUROVEGAS COIN (EVC)

Purpose of token: Main currency for EuroVegas City

The EuroVegas Coin token was created to create the main currency for EuroVegas City. Our goal is for this token to be linked to the real economy.

Every visitor to EuroVegas City will be able to pay for all services or products in this city with this token only. We are planning to create a payment application EuroVegas Pay designed to conveniently make payments in EuroVegas City.

Reward for holder:

In the future, we plan to redistribute to the holders of this currency a % of the fees for transactions in the EuroVegas Pay application according to the specified parameters.
