My role is to coordinate the Xmoneta daily operations. I report to CEO and make sure that companies vision, mission and strategy gets implemented. Also as with the social science background I do research and modulate the social side of the platform.

I initially joined as a community manager for the project but eventually ended up managing their marketing efforts as well.

The idea was not novel but the focus of the team was never to present a unique product to the market.
They knew how saturated the niche is going to be, so, right from the start the concentration was focused on making the best product in this niche so that it could achieve distinction even in the face of such fierce competition.
