Viva is a transformative financial technology company that will introduce large-scale decentralized mortgage financing. Viva’s innovative platform will utilize smart contracts to crowdfund home loans, connecting borrowers and investors within a decentralized, trust-less ecosystem. By leveraging ultra-secure blockchain transactions, Viva will cut out the middlemen, resulting in a lending process that is more profitable and efficient for all parties.

Viva will enable a free market to determine the rate of interest on a borrower’s mortgage and removes the need for financial intermediaries. By eliminating the impact of local inefficiencies, rates will reflect the actual level of risk associated with the asset’s true value.

The failure of the banking system in 2008 yielded the world’s first ever cryptocurrency and began the process of decentralizing the power held by financial conglomerates. Viva intends to finish the job – by leaving the inefficient, centuries-old financing system where it truly belongs: in the past.

  • The platform creates a free market in the mortgage industry that enables easy determination of the interest rates  on the borrowers mortgages ensuring that its more fairly and accurately reflected at the level of risk associated with the assets true value hence eliminating inefficiencies within the industry
  • The use of Fractionalized Mortgage Shares  enables the platform to allow investors to crowd fund mortgages of homebuyers from anywhere in the World  making the process quicker and easier for home buyers
  • The platform provided unbiased and transparent ways of valuing residential  properties through the use  of RV2 that aids the homebuyer and sellers in the sale or purchase of a home
  • The platform easily protects the customers through a combination of  homographic encryption technique  retaining confidential information internally with  verifiability on block chain
  • The  platform is readily available and accessible with a mobile phone through its developed mobile application supported by Android  enabling the users to access credit financing, savings and investments accounts easily with secure transactions
  • The platform id managed by a good number of experienced team with related skills  and experience

CONS:

  • The platform Viva tokens doesn’t gives the holders rights to access future revenue and share of profits
  • The Viva tokens are not insured hence can easily lead to losses
  • The token holders loses the token permanently incase their private key is lost or stolen

SUGGESTIONS:

  • The Viva tokens funds acquired should be insured to prevent any loss
  • The Viva token should be made compatible with commonly used crypto currencies and fiat
  • The  platform should empower the holders by providing them with more incentives and rights on the platform

NOTE:

The use of the VIVA NETWORK platform enables the users to easily and securely acquire homes through their personal terms with the providers hence improving the mortgage industry. I would therefore invest in this project as it has higher projected returns.
