Sanctum is a decentralized protocol on the Solana blockchain that creates a unified liquidity layer for liquid staking tokens (LSTs). Instead of keeping assets fragmented across multiple pools, Sanctum aggregates them through the Infinity Pool, where users can deposit SOL or existing LSTs and receive INF tokens in return. These tokens represent a share in the pool while automatically accumulating staking rewards and trading fees.
The platform solves the issue of liquidity fragmentation by enabling seamless swaps between different LSTs with minimal slippage. This makes staking SOL more flexible and efficient, allowing holders to earn rewards while still using their assets in DeFi.
Sanctum also introduces additional features to optimize yields, including automated strategies such as compounding and dynamic rebalancing through its Wonderland product.
The protocol has its own utility token called CLOUD, which is designed for governance and ecosystem participation. Holders of CLOUD gain voting rights and can influence the protocol’s development, including the addition of new LSTs and key parameters.
