Now that much has been talked, discussed and debated over the origination and full-length implementation of Property Coin, time to know that this is actually your key to perform at a token backed platform. The platform will comprise of multiple and technically managed loans and real estate portfolio to be used with Aperture’s proprietary technologies. PCX is in fact the brainchild of Aperture, so managed by it. The parent company seeks out to furthering the way technology is being used for acquisition and disposition of distressed houses. Aperture is thinking to systemize the entire acquiring, renovating and reselling process with more than 50 percent unlevered IRRs generated to the date.
